Congratulations! to our graduate student Resha Shrestha on her “Best Oral Presentation” award from the 6th Food Ingredient Asia Conference on food science, nutrition and health (webinar, 14-16 October 2020).
Her presentation is a part of her thesis work, entitled “Investigation and comparison of physicochemical characteristics of non-aged and 4-month aged mulberry wine prepared from three different wine making techniques”. under the supervision of Asst. Prof. Dr. Viyada Kunathigan and Dr. Siriwan Panprivech
